Dan Tour and Travels - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dan Tour and Travels. By booking travel arrangements through our agency, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Policy for Children

  • Child under 5 years old sharing room with two (2) adulls without extra bed: free of charge Child under 5-11 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: 50% of charge. Child under 5-11 -11 years old sharing room with twe (2) adults with extra bed: 85% of charge. Child 11 years old and above: 100% of charge.

    • 2. Tour Price Includes

  • Bus: Deluxe Coach 3x2
  • Accommodation: Family wish room will be provided at hotel for night stay on the basis of 3 persons in a double bedded room (If necessary one extra bed will be provided in floor), 4 persons in triple bedded room. (If necessary one extra hed will be provided in floor). In case of twin sharing accommodation extra costs will be charged per head (as per). Dormitory will be provided at Gourikund, Kedar-Badri Gangotri and Uttarakashi
  • With Train Fare.

    • ** Supply of Tea, Breakfast, Fish/Chicken/Mutton/Egg and Sweet is limited.

    3. Terms & Conditions

  • Tour programme may be altered or varied in course of tour due te unavoidable circumstances viz, natural calamity, breakdown of Bus, local bandh / agitation road block on any other such happenings.
  • In case tour extended for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost will be borne by the participants.
  • Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life property or any other belonging what so ever of the tourist caused by any accident / theft / robbery or any other untoward happening during the tour.
  • if there will any increase in Bus / Taxi fare the difference of amount has to he borne by the party
  • In tour package Basic Side Seen only showing in Tour Authority.

    • 4. Booking Rules

  • Seats are normally reserved by a payment of Rs. 3500.00 (Three Thousand and Five Hundred only) per head as an advanve in case sleeper class journey and RS. 4500.00 (Four Thousand and five Hundred only)per head as an advance in case of AC 2 Tier / AC 3 Tier Journey and full amount of plane fare for Aeropland Journey
  • Balance amount should be paid in full 15 days perior to the commencement of journey date.
  • Booking before 150 days of the journey date.

    • 4. Cancellation of Booking

  • If management cancel the tours before commencement advance money will be refunded.
  • If cancellation made after enduring the booking Rs:-2000/- per head will be deducted.
  • Before 90 days of departure 25% of total prices will be deducted
  • Before 45 days of departure 30% of tour prices will be deducted
  • Before 30 days of departure 35% of tour prices will be deducted.
  • Before 15 days of departure 40% of tour prices will be deducted.
  • Before 03 days of departure 75% of tour prices will be deducted.
  • If cancellation made on the date of journey no refund will be entertained.

    • 4. Tour Price Does Not Include

  • Entry Fees: Temple, Museum, Garden etc.
  • Guide Charges.
  • Personal Nature of Expenses.
  • Pony, Dandy Sight-seeing Charges.
  • Boating Charges.
  • Porter Charges
  • Up & Down Train No Fooding.

    • N.B.

    **Booking seat means that the passengers have accepted all the terms & condition of Dan Tour & Travels and knowing it clearly.

    **Supply of Tea, Breakfast, Fish/Chicken/Mutton/Egg and Sweet is limited.

    **Regarding hotel all complain to hotel management, not possible to supply choice-able room, Check-Out and Check-In time must be maintained.
